SANTA BARBARA, CA--(Marketwire - Jul 28, 2011) - STWA, Inc. (OTCBB: ZERO) ("STWA" or the "Company"), an innovative company creating technology focused on energy efficiency of large-scale energy production and improved fuel economy for diesel fleets, announced today that it is exploring marketing and development relationships for its Applied Oil Technology (AOT™) product and seeking an oil industry partner for full commercialization.

"With testing at the Rocky Mountain Oilfield Testing Center (RMOTC) underway and preliminary results forthcoming, we feel that we are ready to start discussions with marketing and development partners who can help us bring the technology into commercial production and distribution," commented Mr. Cecil Bond Kyte, CEO of STWA, Inc.

Mr. Kyte added, "Our relationship with Pipeline Research Council International (PRCI) has been extremely beneficial in identifying interested potential partners. We've also had interest from groups outside of PRCI and we are exploring all of our options at this time."

The RMOTC facility retrofit and build-out per STWA's design criteria was completed in late June, allowing the Company's AOT™ prototype to be installed and testing to commence. The purpose of the testing is to identify and illustrate the principles and design validations required to move the technology from the laboratory to commercial production. Initial testing generated a series of clear goals and objectives in the Company's journey to commercialization.
